Additionally included in this recent image release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing different parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
